Luke O’Brien, 17, of Troop 28 sits at the picnic table which is part of his Eagle Scout project that was done to help beautify the area by the harbormaster’s office. The project includes the bench, the picnic table, and the fence that lines the coast. The rope used in the fence is 200 feet long and originated from the USS Constitution.
