The expectation of the Troop is that if you are in town that day, you will participate, either with the troop or with one of the bands.  It is an important civic event for which the Troop has always shown great support.

Assembly is at the Music Circus parking lot.  Please be there by 10:15 am.  Wear your best Class A uniform (shirt, neckerchief and slide, Troop 28 cap, scout pants, dark shoes or boots – if you don’t have scout pants, khakis will do.)  Please be prepared for the weather, as it has been unstable lately – a water bottle, sunscreen or a rain jacket as appropriate.
