Feed your Face
This year the troop was invited to join an Old Colony Council camporee at Camp Squanto. The theme of this camporee was ‘Feed Your Face’. So it stood to reason that it was all about food. Fourteen scouts participated from Troop 28. Scattered throughout the weekend were various food-related activities, all the way from ice cream making to cantaloupe carving to a scoutmaster chili contest. The first night was very rainy and dreary. The second night was better though. On the ride back to Cohasset with full stomachs we were all looking forward to real beds.
